Commercial Admin Executive

Job Description:

Complete and send out final hardcopy contract for brands.
Manage & track the status of contract requests ( scan, save document ).
Follow up and be responsible for completing the contract after receiving the request from the Team Account (Commercial Team).
Prepare, and finalize draft contract
Other tasks are assigned by line manager.
Flexible process ad hoc tasks.

Sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
Ability to multitask
At least 1 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient MS office operation skills ( Words, Excel, Powerpoint....)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Document incoming and outgoing communications.-
