Mô tả công việc

* The Commercial Director leads the sales, after- sales, marketing and network development teams to achieve the company’s core business activities and objectives. The person is responsible to analyse, plan and design strategies to develop growth, expand market share and generate revenue for the company’s product brands. The person conducts market research and analysis to develop business strategies for revenue generation including the introduction of suitable new products to build the company’s brands, details:
- Manage the overall marketing function to develop creative and impactful marketing events and activities.
- Manage the budget for New Dealer Support Program, New Facility Support Program and other programs and promotions that may arise. Contribute to training and development of the team (Sales, After- Sales, Marketing).
- Coordinate with Market Intelligence to conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
- Liaise with brand principal for new products, KD ordering, technical concerns and marketing support.
- Overall responsibility for compliance with legal/statutory, responsibilities and agreed duties and obligations.
- Monitor the activities related to dealer performance in relation to improvement and/or replacement of poor performing dealers.
- Other duties which will be assigned from time to time.
- Effective liaison, support and assistance between commercial activities/departments and rest of the organization.
- To manage the cost of operations effectively and develop effective policies for sales promotions and dealer incentives.
- Monitor performance of commercial activities (Sales, Marketing, After- Sales Service & Network Development) using key metrics and provide reports as required by BOD.
- Oversee business operations activities of the dealer network including sales policies, incentives, promotions, price adjustments, sales and service outlet expansion, and dealer compliance to RVI standards for sales, service and spare parts.

Yêu cầu công việc

- The candidate must be fluent in English and Chinese.
- Requires wide experience, at least 5- 10 years of experience in the same position or other related positions.
- Good at leading and having strong organizational skills and people development.
- Qualifications with University level is an advantage.
- Familiar with automotive technology especially in the area of commercial vehicles like buses and trucks.
- The candidate must be able to work in the Hanoi offices.
- Candidates with high professional competence in commercial business management and wide exposure to working in multi- national companies.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked at subsidiaries of the company. Self- driven, result- oriented, with a positive outlook.
- Good at strategic thinking, analyzing, forecasting, planning, and managing operations.
