COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR (45-65 million VND/month + KPI bonus)

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with the company&039;s overall objectives and growth targets.
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company&039;s long- term commercial vision.

Market Expansion and Business Development:

Lead initiatives to develop and launch new products or enter new market segments.
Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company&039;s footprint globally.

Sales Leadership:

Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team, setting targets and strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
Foster a high- performance culture within the sales department.

Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Contract Negotiation:

Oversee contract negotiations with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure that contractual agreements are in alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.

Market Intelligence and Analysis:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and adapt strategies as needed.

4 years of experience developing sales channels is an advantage
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the plastics, chemical, or related industry.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field, MBA is a plus

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, 3 years of experience in the field of plastic business, plastic additives, and plastic chemicals
