Commercial Executive

Import- Export Coordination:

Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
Prepare and manage the import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Track shipments and communicate status updates to relevant parties.
Manage and store relevant documents and expenses in the process of import and export of goods.

Purchasing Support:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing products from suppliers.
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers.

Sales Assistance:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Assist in order processing and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain customer database and assist in customer relationship management.

Demonstrated honesty, attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Graduated from specialized universities or colleges related to Import and Export.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in import- export or related fields.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
