Commercial Executive & Product Training (District 1, HCMC)

JOB SUMMARY: The job involves ensuring consistent product messaging across teams, executing product training programs for internal and external partners, planning and collecting and interpreting data to improve training techniques, developing educational materials, and maintaining records of training material. The role may require supporting staff development projects to meet business needs and performing ad- hoc projects as assigned by the company. Overall, the job requires effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to various cultural and regulatory environments.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Able to perform other ad- hoc projects as assigned by the Company
Plan & lead market events to successfully communicate & commercialize product & brand initiatives
Formulate effective training strategies and support staff development projects to cope with business needs
Ensure alignment of product message through Product Marketing, and Commercial teams with programs and communications to support
Deliver specific product training for regions for Internal, and external partners & Potential new business & target verticals
Develop and produce physical and digital educational material for Milwaukee Tool Asia
Collect and interpret data to determine the effectiveness of training techniques
Maintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costs

REQUIREMENTS:

Thrives in a fast- paced, agile working environment
Ability to convince and convey, present an idea with gravitas
Growth & detail- minded with a can- do attitude
Languages – Candidates to be fully fluent in Thai and knowledge of English preferred
Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities
IT skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet etc.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, Marketing, or required disciplines
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment.
Effective communication skill, especially, negotiation and presentation part.
Fluency in another foreign Asia language a plus / Welcome new graduate.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Applicant should be self- motivated with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
