Commercial Finance Analyst Perfetti Van Melle (Viet Nam) Limited

*** BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Independently manage month end closing tasks to produce fast and accurate reports relating to Sales P&L and support Commercial Finance Manager to partner with Commercial Team on financial matters
• Support Commercial Finance Manager on delivering ad hoc request/projects
• Be able to independently lead and deliver assigned projects
• Prepare and share daily, monthly reports relating to sales performance by product, channel, customer, regional to relevant partners with actionable and insightful commentary
• Proactively simplify and automize reports and processes to save time for business partnering task
• Setting selling price on SAP
• Ensure month end closing process is run smoothly, accurately and on time for
*** PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Prepare and track cost accrual on monthly basis, ensure all accruals are posted according to business alignment and accounting procedures
Prepare P&L forecast for S&OP
Prepare and present monthly financial update to Commercial Team
Provide active support to annual budgeting process relating to Sales P&L
Perform other accounting tasks- related duties as assigned
Provide GM%, P&L simulation and other analysis per requests
Produce monthly reporting during and after month end closing to FP&A, Group and Business Partners
Set selling price on SAP accurately and timely
Coordinate with Commercial team to provide monthly net sales forecast
Analyze and reconcile Sales P&L during month end closing
Actively participate in regular meetings with Commercial Team
Initiate and implement internal financial controls. Ensure compliance with the financial policies with Group Level, co- operate with external auditors

- Degree in major in Financial/Accounting with minimum 3+ experience in Management Accounting
- Strong analytical and communication skill
- Power BI skill/knowledge is a strong plus
- Good attention to detail and good business sense
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, knowledge in using SAP
- Experience from big MNC, FMCG is preferred
- Good at both spoken & written English skills
