ASUS is looking for an energetic, hard- working and creative marketer to contribute to our Commercial marketing team. Commercial product marketing is responsible for developing the Go- To- Market plan of the commercial product segment, overseeing its implementation including tracking and analyzing the performance of branding, B2B activity & promotional campaigns. You will co- work with other marketing teams & sales team for ensuring good execution and all marketing activities are in line with brand identity & messaging. You will report directly to Commercial Marketing Manager.

What are you expected to do?
In your daily duties, you will:
Brand/Product Marketing (70%)
• Market intelligence- be the expert on buyers’ behavior & purchasing journey – and understand the competitive landscape to integrate with Marketing planning
• Collaborate with product management and marketing manager to develop product positioning and messaging for target buyer personas
• Follow up and assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs on an ongoing basis
• Develop a Go- To- Market plan (including key activities and budgets) for new product launch
• Work with various teams (design, content, digital, product, sales) to implement planned MKT activities
Content development (30%)
• Develop B2B content direction & create content to approach different Business & Vertical industries (SME/ SMB/ Education/ Industrial…) in EDM, media buy, success stories, …
• Develop and maintain marketing materials to support communications and sale teams
We would be thrilled if you own the following qualities
• Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, business, communication or related field
• Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking
• Full understanding of Google, Facebook, Instagram related boosting mechanism and content formats and KPI measurement
• Strong experience & interest in B2B market / B2B marketing / B2B target audience approaches
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Ability in B2B content direction & for content creation
• Excellent communication & management skills to interact with colleagues, cross- functional teams and third parties
• Up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and web analytics related to B2B marketing
• Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
• At least 2 year- experience as a Product Marketing / Assistant Brand Manager or similar role in B2B segmentation.
