Ability to prepare and serve food within the given time period
Participate in training sessions and apply them to daily work activities
Present the dish according to the arrangement and request of the chef
Responsible for keeping the kitchen area clean, meeting safety and hygiene standards
Follow the cleaning schedule for the kitchen as specified.
Undertake the receipt of goods and certify that all ordered items are delivered fully and with quality
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation of ingredients and stay up to date with new recipes and new preparation methods
Undertake the storage of warehouses, report to superiors the missing or exhausted materials, spoiled materials that need to be handled promptly
Ability to use machinery equipment, kitchen utensils

Sense of responsibility, ownership in his work; Behavior, coordination and teamwork skills;
Request a native Indian Chef/Cook.
Skills in using office software / specialized software according to job requirements
Commitment to the brand promise; High discipline with the standards and regulations of the hotel as well as the corporation.
Priority is given to graduating from beginner/intermediate/college/university majoring in hospitality or other suitable majors;
Experience in similar positions is preferred.
