- Work in the main kitchen
- Prepare and present menu items showing variety and flair, within the cost margins specified by the hotel
- Prepare ingredients and make sure to follow the recipe
- Prepare foods with the designed recipe and make sure the food flavour and decoration are good.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards.
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy. Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests

Yêu cầu công việc
- Hotel management college diploma or certificate of culinary
- Customer- oriented, customer relationship skills
- Good in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
