• Delegate tasks to station attendants and cooks and follow up on quality and accuracy of outcomes./Phân công nhiệm vụ cho Phụ bếp và tuân theo tiêu chuẩn về chất lượng.
• Provide consistent quality of food and service to Internal and External customers, by adhering to and enforcing all Standards of excellence; training and guidance of trainees and attendants./Cung cấp chất lượng món ăn và dịch vụ một cách nhất quán tới khách hàng bằng cách bám sát và tuân theo tất cả tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ.
• Assist in orientation of kitchen trainees, student trainees, station attendants and cooks and assist them in their tasks./Hỗ trợ trong việc định hướng cho nhân viên thực tập, nhân viên thời vụ và nhân viên phụ bếp.
• Follow and ensure compliance with recipes, cooking procedures and use records to ensure food is tasty, well presented, fresh, correct portioned and safe./Đảm bảo việc tuân thủ chính xác công thức món ăn, quy trình chế biến và ghi chép đầy đủ nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng món ăn luôn tươi ngon, trình bày đẹp mắt, đúng định lượng và đạt tiêu chuẩn an toàn thực phẩm.
• Set up stations and prepare mise en place as instructed by the Supervisor, following daily production charts according to business demands./Chuẩn bị khu vực làm việc và nguyên vật liệu theo sự phân công của giám sát, tuân thủ phân công công việc hàng ngày dựa theo nhu cầu kinh doanh.
• Follow, execute and enforce hygiene standards at all time./Cập nhật và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn về vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm.

Required skills
• Strong organization skills; Possess the ability to perform all functions in the operation; Food and Beverage culinary experience; Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards/Kỹ năng làm việc có tổ chức; Có khả năng thực hiện tất cả các nhiệm vụ trong quá trình vận hành. Kinh nghiệm về mảng ẩm thực; Kiến thức sâu rộng về tiêu chuẩn và vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm
