* Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze pre- com and commissioning progress.
- Field material preparation.
- Planning and prepare procedure.
- Coordinate of field organization.
- Coordinate with technical advisers from Vendors or Licensors.
* Duty
- Ensure the Pre- com & Commissioning scope has been reviewed.
- Ability to performing various activities such as mechanical interlock, pipeline pigging activities, spring support hot & cold setting, overhead crane functional and load testing, etc.
- Prepare, verification and validation of commissioning procedures as per Contract requirement.
- Ability of application of appropriate codes and standards for valve testing/repairs such as: API, ASME, NBBI, ISO, BS, ANSI etc.
- Ensure perform all pre- com and commissioning work in a safe and effective manner.
- Collect and update P&ID for as built.
- Prepare progress report, issues to Commissioning Manager / Commissioning Superintendent.
- Coordinates commissioning punch list clearance activities with project team groups.
- Ability to performing air blowing, flushing, leak testing, flange management, drying & inerting of various piping.
- Ability to guide in preservation and maintenance of rotating equipment after equipment commissioning and start- up.
- Prepare material, tools for pre- com and commissioning work.
- Ability to prepare rotating equipment for first start- up and ensure readiness for operation (removal of shipping locks, lubricating oil, alignment, packing installation, greasing, strainers installation, etc.).
- To assist Commissioning Leader to develop detail Pre- com and Commissioning schedule.
- Ability to performing various activities related to static equipment likes proper installation of internals inside the vessels as per drawing & specifications.
- Ability to execute mechanical commissioning activities and guide Technicians during work execution.
- Ability to performing various activities related to rotating equipment likes lube oil flushing, alignment, lubrication, vibration checks, start- up etc.
- Able to assist in preparation of plans and specific method statements including P&ID mark ups foractivities related to pre- commissioning, commissioning and start- up of process systems.
- Coordinate among all parties concerning the field works including Third Party.
- Ability to monitor and maintain rotating equipment in healthy condition (vibration, lubrication level, mechanical seal, gland packing, bearings, etc.).
