Commodity Buyer (Plastic Tooling & Molding)

JOB SUMMARY
- Ability to adapt with flexible factories/departments, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, able to work well with management and staff at all levels.
- Knowledgeable of RFI, RFQ process and suppliers selection following BU&039;s policy and suppliers&039; capability and capacity.
- Initiate ideas with suppliers and functional departments Engineer, SQE, PMC for improving prices and commercial terms.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English, willing to travel regularly within Dong Nai, Long An, Binh Duong, HCM city.
- Daily communication with internal departments and suppliers to solve supplement problems which impact on negative business operations.
- Select the right suppliers and factories to ensure quality capability/capacity and timely order execution for each project and appropriate component qualification with Engineer.
- Ability to deliver productivity and initiatives with suppliers and project team to provide best savings and workload reduction.
- Able to work independently under high pressure to deliver expected and timely results for each task

Education
Bachelor of Business Administration/Marketing/Foreign Trade
Experience

Minimum 1 years’ experience working at a Manufacturing Company in the Sourcing field, preferable with expertise in sourcing Plastic Injection & Tooling (Mold) categories including.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Sourcing Filed

- Knowledge of Plastic Tooling- Molding (Preferred)

- Knowledge of Supplier development & Audit, Sample qualification
