Relations with government authorities and media:
Handle incoming quests by government and media world
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments at national level that could impact the pharmaceutical industry. Develop strategies to navigate and respond to these changes while advocating for policies that align with our company&039;s objectives.
Set and implement strategy to nurturing relationship with key personnel in various media and publications both nationwide and location wide.
Navigate cultural, regulatory, and political nuances in different regions while maintaining a global perspective on pharmaceutical policy trends
Proactively engage with government officials, regulatory authorities, industry associations, patient advocacy groups, and other relevant stakeholders to promote our company&039;s initiatives, and advocate for the advancement of healthcare and pharmaceutical innovation.
Internal, Public, corporate and marketing communication:
Position our company as a thought leader in the pharmaceutical industry by identifying opportunities for participation in industry events, conferences, and forums. Develop and support executives as spokespersons on relevant policy matters.
Create intended messages to targeted external audiences: media, government authorities, … to support specific launching and programs.
Create effective internal communications by all means of communications: newsletters, mails, bulletin boards, websites, social media, …
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to ensure alignment and integration of public affairs efforts with broader business goals.
Plan and execute advocacy campaigns that support key healthcare initiatives, addressing critical issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to drive positive change.

Develop and execute strategic communication plans that effectively convey our company&039;s mission, values, and contributions to public and consumer’s health. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across various channels to enhance our brand&039;s reputation.
Consumer Relations and Troubleshooting Support
Provide advice and help troubleshooting for the Company in case of product quality, product recall, consumer complaints or disputes.
Use media connection to help solve critical complaints that may reach media.
Support in compliance with government investigation, health and safety audits.
Corporate Citizenship activities
Develop and continually strengthen appropriate local government/partner contacts.
Set out and implement the strategy to develop the corporate citizenship activities to support communication.
Work closely with other functions to identify the needs and opportunities for effective programs in responsible areas.
Seek opportunities to generate extensive and positive media coverage for corporate citizenship programs.
Maximize the impact of corporate citizenship to support communication activities.
Crisis and emergency response
Lead the development of crisis communication strategies and provide guidance to cross functional teams during times of public scrutiny or adverse events. Mitigate potential reputation risks and ensure transparent and effective communication.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Bachelor&039;s degree in Public Relations, Public Affairs, Communications, Political Science, or related field; Master&039;s degree preferred.
WORKING EXPERIENCE
Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement and advocacy efforts
Crisis management experience and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Strong understanding of global pharmaceutical regulations, policy landscape, and healthcare trends
Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across functions.
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in public affairs, government relations, or related roles within or without the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
Preferably with experience in MNC in Pharmaceuticals or large FMCG.
OTHERS
Make a wide range of decisions about Division/Department&039;s operation, policies, and finances.
Proficiency in digital and social media platforms for communication purposes
Require advanced persuasion, negotiation, and public- relation skills as well as a well- developed sense of strategy and timing.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
