Communication Manager

Description:
- The communication Manager of ADM Animal Nutrition Vietnam will be in charge of both internal & external communication to support our business.
- She/he keeps in mind that ADM employees are the first layer of customers who she/he will represent for the company to communicate & moreover, should motivate. (30%).
- Besides, She/he must be ready to support the commercial team to reach out to customers in a smart way & creative communication to get them to impress through all online and offline platforms. Exciting content creation will be very important to approach customers in the animal nutrition industry. (50%).
And she/he will build up strong relationships with reporters to make sure ADM always gets the best support from the media. (20%).
Detail Tasks
- Manage and develop Internal and External communication plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization such as:
+ Write Press releases/ News for Corporate & Brands
+ Develop relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline (PR)
+ Plan & execute participation in events for the industry
+ Creation and development of printed and online advertising
+ E-mail marketing/Social media/Website management and content development
+ Newsletters and Customer Magazine development
+ Develop and distribute materials that explain the company policies & strategy.
- Collaborate with Global & Regional team (ADM Headquarter team & Asia Marketing team)
- Work in conjunction with brand managers to align brands with ADM strategy.
- Manage internal campaigns and events: Year-end Party, Company trip, Internal activities to increase employee engagement, Plant Grand opening, Town Hall Meeting, …
- Other tasks will be assigned by Marketing Director.
- Plan & execute CSR campaign (ADM Care campaign)
- Overseeing the annual communication budget and ensuring its use is fully maximized.

- Copywriter Skills (both Vietnamese & English) will be an advantage
- At least 3-5 years experience in Marketing/Communication.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Marketing/Communication
- Understanding internal/external communication
- Flexibility, analytical ability, strong communication skills, and team orientation
- High integrity and ethical standards.
- Agency side/animal nutrition reporters will be a plus
- Preferably working experience in animal companies.
