Communication Manager

The Mission of the Communication Manager is to lead the company’s internal and external communication activities in line with the company goals. She or he puts in place and executes the company’s communication strategy and related action plans. She or he leads digital content creation ensuring it is published timely, creatively and consistent with the strategy, targeted at increasing engagement of stakeholders and potential customers. She or he reports to the General Manager and is based in the Binh Duong office.
Responsibilities:
– Realize ambitious goals of digital lead generation by expanding the digital footprint of the website content and user experience, social media engagement,
– Define the communication strategy and theme‐based focus matrix to support the business growth goals of the company and business lines.
– Safeguard that all internal and external communications comply with the branding guidelines and the agree communication strategy.
– Lead content creation of the communication team in cooperation with the business line responsible ensuring that a constant stream of content is published.

– Support other related activities and projects where needed.
– Maintain ownership of the customer relationship management (CRM) system, train the sales teams and implement optimization where applicable.
– Develop internal communication competency, be resourceful and regularly reflect looking for creativity, better ways of working and new technologies.
– Facilitate all lead generation campaigns using modern software tools, techniques and equipment ensuring to reach the target audience in the most effective way.
– Maintain close contact with regional colleagues and divisional counterparts to remain up‐to‐date and implement global and regional activities locally.
– Monitor key performance indicators measuring success of internal and external communication and adapt future activities to increase performance.
– As part of the management team support other departments and leaders in their business plans and share your insights into the future direction.
– Organize internal and external company events creating inspiring environments.

Experience
‐ Proficiency knowledge and user skills with high tech digital media tools
‐ Experience with leadership and people management is a plus
‐ Senior expertise in digital marketing strategic planning and operations

‐ Technology savvy, interest in using and trying latest technologies
‐ Strong interpersonal skills and willing to work in a high‐speed environment
Education & knowledge
‐ Knowledge in using digital optimization tools
‐ Proficient verbal and written English skills
‐ Degree in marketing, digital media, engineering, or equal through experience
