Communication Manager

Manage and develop Internal and External communication plan to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization such as:
E-mail marketing/Social media/Website management and content development
Develop and distribute materials that explain the company policies & strategy.
Newsletters and Customer Magazine development
Plan & execute participation on events for the industry
Develop relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline (PR)
Creation and development of printed and online advertising
Write Press releases/ News for Corporate & Brands
Manage internal campaigns and events: Year-end Party, Company trip, Internal activities to increase employee engagement, Plant Grand opening, Town Hall Meeting, …
Collaborate with Global & Regional team (ADM Headquarter team & Asia Marketing team)
Other tasks will be assigned by Marketing Director.
Work in conjunction with brand managers to align brands with ADM strategy.
Overseeing the annual communication budget and ensuring its use is fully maximized.
Plan & execute CSR campaign (ADM Care campaign)

Preferably working experience in animal companies.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing/Communication.
High integrity and ethical standards.
Copywriter Skills (both Vietnamese & English) will be advantage
Flexibility, analytical ability, strong communication skills and team orientation
Degree in Business Administration / Marketing/Communication.
Good at English
Understanding about internal/external communication
Agency side/animal nutrition reporters will be a plus
