Communications Analyst

 Creation of high-quality content for communications & marketing purposes
 Writing reports (when needed)
 Coordinating with partners for joint communication activities
 Coordinating with production teams to create media (i.e. photo or video studios)
 Produce creative ideas for content including media (i.e. photos, video) that support projects target audience and mission
 Following branding guidelines to ensure consistent brand awareness
 Create facebook ads or other necessary ad placements
 Create content designs for social media channels
 Write content in both English and Vietnamese
 Working with team leader to create best communications for all brands under Evergreen Labs
 In-field work to document activities, gain first-hand accounts and assemble stories

 Committment towards job and learning
 Basic graphic skills and can work with basic software including Canva
 Able to work under pressure
 Prefered minimum of 1-years experience in related fields
 Advanced English and Vietnamese language skills - both written and verbal
 Motivated, dynamic, open-minded and creative
 Well organized and pro-active
 Strong writing skills
 Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills
