• Brand governance (message and visual identity)
• Marketing & Communications Strategy to promote differentiated, consistent Chubb Life Vietnam brand on the high quality and global standards of Chubb Group
• Develop and Implement Marketing & Communications Strategy for Chubb Life Vietnam, ranging from corporate branding, product & distribution branding, social media & digital marketing, customer marketing to drive Brand Awareness, Reputation, and Consideration, together with supporting commercial objectives of Acquisition, Retention, and Customer Experience enhancement across channels from O2O.
Position Objective: Communications Specialist plays an important role in supporting the Corporate Communications Manager to develop Chubb Life Vietnam’s brand awareness and corporate reputation through External- Internal Communications, Public Engagement, Recognition activities, and other support tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
External & Internal Communications
• Assist in reviewing and updating corporate bullet points/ talking point center, materials, and presentations to support internal and external meetings/events and to ensure they in line with the corporate and brand communications strategies.
• Assist in review/develop corporate narratives, talking- points for business leaders in thought- leadership events, stakeholder engagement meetings, and relevant public interface opportunities.
• Content write- up for PR stories & Internal Communications Materials
• Handle internal communications for corporate, channels, product and social media engagement activity announcement.
• Support Incident Management & Crisis Resolution communications.
Awards & Public Engagement activities
• Assist in collaboration with NFVC and other CSR/charity organizations for ESG/CSR activities.
• Prepare application forms and contact/coordinate with Awards Organizers (for Corporate Credibility, Channels or Product achievement) for final review and submission.
• Logistics coordinator for CLVN rep in joining the award events or government/ society events
• Assist Event & Activation team in preparing communication materials for ESG/CSR events.
• Assist in drafting proposal, gifts preparation and logistics for Media, partners & societies engagement.
Branding projects supports
• Support in content creation, edit, review under guidance of project lead to help build the center of content & marketing materials for corporate, channels, products used in both mainstream and social media
• Logistics coordinator for communications & branding events under collaboration with Event & Activation team
Other admin tasks
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with team admin to proceed with administration tasks relating to PR/Communications (Contracts, Payment...).
• Source and assist in managing agencies.
