Reporting to our People Ops Director, you will be one of the first building blocks of our transformation. You will act as a pioneer, a change agent, a people empathizer, a culture champion, and most importantly a brand promoter that embodies and spreads the spirit of Crossian.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Internal Communications
Independently develop and implement comprehensive employee and channel communications strategy, content, messaging framework and timeline to drive desired behavior
Understand the communications needs of various internal audiences (C- levels, managers and leaders, expatriates and all employees) crafting messages that are impactful and lead to desired outcomes
Plan, coordinate, and implement company events, team- building activities, holiday celebrations in collaboration with People Operations and Empowerment department
Serve as communications consultant and strategist for internal business partners/stakeholders
Participate in ideas and implement new production, update new communication materials about the company (Corporate film, brochure, flyer, poster, banner, etc.)
Employer Branding
Drive the promotion of our EVP through compelling content across various social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Titok, and other platforms)
Take charge of communications and advertising activities that elevate our brand visibility and awareness, attracting top talent to join our company
Cultivate partnerships with key organizations, including universities, associations, student groups, and Best Places to Work Award organizations
Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team
