JOB DESCRIPTION
Community Growth & Engagement:
Oversee the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and seeding across platforms.
Identify and implement strategies to incentivize participation and brand loyalty within the community.
Create engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with the target audience and drives community interaction.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive online environment, fostering dialogue and interaction among community members.
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to build and nurture a passionate, engaged community on Facebook groups, Telegram, forums…
Respond to comments, questions, and concerns from community members in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.
Community Management:
Analyze community sentiment and engagement metrics to gain insights and refine strategies.
Moderate online discussions, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and addressing any issues promptly.
Track and report on key community performance indicators (KPIs), such as growth, engagement, and brand sentiment.
Team Leadership:
And other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Stay informed about competitor activities and industry developments, providing recommendations for competitive positioning and differentiation.
Work with content and design team to plan and ability to make things happen quickly with teams
Manage a seeding team of 3- 5 members, providing clear direction, training, and ongoing support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team.
Experience creating engaging social media content (text, images, videos).
Basic knowledge of financial industry and product development (Stock, Crypto, FX)
Creative thinking and problem- solving abilities.
Strong understanding of social media best practices and content marketing strategies.
Proven track record of building and engaging online communities across various platforms.
At least 2 years of working experience in a fast- paced industry, preferably stock, fintech industry
