Community Executive

- Work with content and design team to plan and ability to make things happen quickly with teams
- Act as the primary moderator for community interactions, fostering a positive and respectful environment. Respond to comments, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally. Encourage dialogue and interaction among community members
- Monitor community engagement and growth, provide performance reporting and analysis daily/weekly, and take relevant action on insights gained
- And other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
- Deploy surveys, collect and summarize feedback and suggestions from the community to improve our services, identify areas for innovation, and share insights with relevant teams within the company
- Develop and execute strategies to create, grow, and maintain the company&039;s active and engaged community on social media channels/groups, forums...
- Manage seeding groups
- Generate relevant and engaging content, such as group posts, videos, and infographics, to share with the community. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the company&039;s messaging and values
Work remotely or at the company office.

- Basic knowledge of financial industry and product development (Stock, Crypto, FX)
- Deep understanding & strong working knowhow of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Tiktok,...)
- Creative thinking and problem- solving abilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in brand community/social media/communications within the high- tech, fintech industry
- Frequently use and be enthusiastic for social networks; quickly update hot topics or social trends on social media.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in Vietnamese and English both written and spoken
