Responsibilities:
Community management
- Moderate community discussions to ensure that conversations are respectful, on- topic, and adhere to community guidelines.
- Address community members&039; questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and helpful manner.
- Actively engage with the community across various channels (Discord & Telegram) to foster a positive and inclusive environment
- Keep track of community sentiment and report any issues or trends to senior team members.
- Plan & organize virtual or in- person events, AMAs (Ask- Me- Anything sessions), workshops, and other initiatives to encourage community participation and knowledge- sharing.
KOL / Ambassador management
- Build strong relationships with community members, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and collaborate with community ambassadors, advocates, and industry partners to expand the community reach and foster strategic partnerships.
Content & seeding
- Implement high quality scripts / content to trigger meaningful discussions and threads to encourage community engagement and interaction.
- Create engaging and compelling content strategy (news, market update, trending) to keep the community informed about project updates, news, and relevant industry trends.
Others
- Support ECO team for other marketing activities.
- Research new case study of community growth hack.
- Explore new channels and platforms to expand the community reach.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced, decentralized environment.
- 1- 2 years of experience in community management, social media, or a similar role.
- 6- 12 months skin in the game with crypto market at any role (trader, investor, holder).
- Knowledge of marketing and growth strategies for online communities.
- Fair understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies.
