Community Growth Specialist takes responsibility for driving the growth and engagement of our Crypto Wallet product&039;s user community, by developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and foster a passionate community of crypto enthusiasts and Wallet users.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Identify and empower community leaders, moderators, and influencers to amplify our messaging.
Develop and execute a community growth strategy to expand our user base and drive active participation.
Manage and maintain our online community channels, ensuring consistent communication.
Facilitate discussions, respond to user inquiries, and foster a positive community environment across various channels.
Create and curate engaging, educational content to address user needs.
Organize community events, meetups, and online activities to bring users together.
Explore partnerships with relevant crypto communities and industry organizations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Passion for the crypto ecosystem and a desire to empower our Crypto Wallet users.
Familiarity with online community platforms, social media, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent English proficiency
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret user data and feedback.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse user base.
3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in crypto/blockchain or fintech.
Strong writing and content creation abilities, with a deep understanding of effective community management.
