Ninety Eight is looking for a Web3 Community Specialist, whose main responsibility is building strong connections between the brand/product with advocates and further expanding its reach to new users. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, train, and oversee Viction ambassadors, driving brand representation and engagement on- chain.
Plan both short term and long term community activities to meet objectives of new community members, community management and initiatives
Oversee Viction’s social media accounts, ensuring active engagement and consistent brand presence.
Manage and grow Viction’s Discord and Telegram communities, fostering interaction and support.
Develop initiatives to empower ambassadors and align their efforts with organizational objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency with community management tools and data analysis
Strong project management and multitasking skills
2+ years of community management experience, with a proven track record of growing Web3 communities, is preferable
Skilled in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
Exceptional fluency in writing and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Adaptability to fast- paced, global remote work environments
Experience in community growth strategies and event planning
