WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Intern to join our team. As a Community Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to building and nurturing our online and offline community of tech enthusiasts. This role will provide you with hands- on experience in community management within the fast- paced and evolving field of technology.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Community Engagement:

Respond promptly and professionally to community inquiries, concerns, and feedback under the guidance of the Social Media & Community Manager.
Monitor discussions and trends within the crypto community to identify opportunities for engagement.
Assist in moderating and cultivating a positive and engaging community environment across various social media channels.

Content Support:

Aid in the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand and marketing objectives.
Help maintain a content schedule for social media platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing and content creation teams to contribute ideas and assist in the creation of engaging and informative content.

Outreach and Networking:

Assist in building and nurturing relationships with key individuals and organizations in the crypto community.
Support outreach activities on official Twitter and other platforms, engaging with influencers, industry experts, and potential partners.

REQUIREMENTS

Familiarity with online community dynamics, social media platforms, and community management tools is a plus.
Knowledge of popular social media platforms, forums, and chat groups used by the tech community.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor&039;s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for engaging content and community activities.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
