Job Summary
We&039;re seeking a Community Building Intern who will engage and manage our community, creating member- convertible videos and fostering a thriving online environment. This position will be responsible for actively engaging in our Discord community, creating short- form videos for social media to attract new members, and reaching out to potential members directly through Discord using our provided strategies.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Helping establish how Discord engages with our members at scale
Supporting team in managing social accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, and Threads, by preparing, posting content, and seeding posts using various accounts to increase visibility and engagement.
Gaining access to larger Discord communities to study and adapt successful strategies for our community.
Researching new trends and implementing them to enhance our community experience.
Engaging actively and preparing content for our primary community platform: the Discord server, ensuring consistent activity, meaningful interactions, and valuable contributions that resonate with our audience.
Managing Discord servers for our established Community programs, including the Partner Program, and more
Creating high- quality, member- convertible videos on short- form platforms (TikTok, Shorts, Facebook Reels, etc.) with basic editing skills using CapCut.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in Discord, Twitter, TikTok and other social network platforms.
Fluent in English communication (Written and Spoken), equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.5
Passionate about community building and social account management.
A positive, “can- do” attitude.
Proficiency in using CapCut is a plus.
