Payroll Management (40%)
- Consult employees or management level to correct attendance record errors on SAP system if any.
- Process and check Time & Attendance data, working hours from SAP system to payroll and reconcile variances utilizing tools in the system
- Process payroll (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip) timely, accurately, and compliantly.
- Check Employee data on the SAP system.
- Respond to employees&039; questionnaires and make reports to the direct supervisor or HRM
PIT & Dependant registration & Social Insurance (30%)
- Register SHUI contribution for new employees and resigned employees.
- Complete the transferring procedure of SI Book for resigned staff.
- Perform PIT finalization on a yearly basis for Vnese staff.
- Make claims for social insurance benefits for employees and follow up on payment
- Complete monthly PIT declaration report to Tax Dept.
- Contact the Social Insurance Agency to provide SI book and health insurance card for employees.
- Register PIT code and PIT dependent for employees.
- Please make the report to Social Insurance Agency every month as required.
Labor contract (10%)
- Make an annex to the labor contract, contract renewal
- Ensure the labor contract and the annex to the labor contract are given to employees on time.
- Make a labor contract for new staff.
Employee&039;s profile management (5%)
- Maintain employee&039;s records in personnel file.
- Set up records and personnel files for new employees.
Rules and Regulations (5%)
- Follow all working procedures, the company&039;s policies, rules and regulations
- Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
Other tasks (10%)
- Prepare periodical labor reports to be sent to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
- Other tasks assigned by C&B Deputy Manager and HR Manager
- Make reports relating to Payroll, PIT, SHUI module to C&B DM (if any)
- Make periodical report to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs
