Compensation & Benefit Executive Vietnam Australia International School (Vas)

- Manage statutory insurance for all Cambridge Staff and Health care for all expat staff
- Implement contract renewal/ amendment/ termination
- Manage and control non- cash budget for all Cambridge staff
- Implement monthly report to HRT Manager and authorities.
- Manage Teachers&039; resignation: payment finalization/ guidance on unemployment insurance & social insurance/ resignation procedure
- Manage and propose the payment for Teachers&039; benefits
- In charge of Teachers&039; annual evaluation by cooperate with HRT Manager to print memos/ delivery them to Teachers and update new salary on the system.
- Follow up and manage teachers&039; sick leave/ annual leave
- Check the timesheets/ the benefits/ allowances and do the payroll monthly
- Manage the employee database
- Implement policy/ salary/ allowance/ title update for all Cambridge Teachers

- Previous experience in Human Resources or related fields
- Labor Law Knowledge
- Good command in English
- Good understanding of company policy, regulations
- At least 3 years experience in C&B
