Compensation Benefits (C&B) Specialist

Main Duties
HR Admin Tasks
• Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal.
• Prepare labor contracts and C&B related documents.
• Support the TA team in on-boarding and termination process including
documentation preparation, communication to related departments, exit
interview and onboard/off-board checklist.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of
Payroll
employee’s personal profile.
• Coordinate with the department to get an approved timesheet for monthly
payroll.
• Calculate monthly payroll and get all required approval for payment.
• Process monthly payroll payment.
• Send monthly pay slips to employees.
Tax & Insurance
• Ensure accurate monthly insurance and tax contribution and on-time payment as
regulated by Law.
• Manage employee’s claim and allowance payment from the Government Social
Insurance fund.
• Others related tasks to compulsory insurance.
Others
• Generate and submit periodic reports to local authorities at their requests.
• Other relevant tasks following Head of HR’s requests

Key Skills
• Understand labour law and requirement
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation
• High attention to detail
• High skills in MS Office
• 3+ years of experience in similar role
