*Key Activities:
Social & Health, Healthcare
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual, one- off allowance, sick leave, maternity leave reports to SI Authority
- Responsible for SI registration, update & certification as well as SI procedure required for staff left
- Update employees list for Insurer and coordinate with for healthcare claim
Payroll & other related process assistance
- Prepare payment for Local & Expatriates salary to ensure the payment on time
- Build up annual payroll budget for TEMV & consolidation report for MSVN
- Perform as payroll preparer as per payroll process
- Prepare cost report & account reconciliation process
Personal Income Tax
- Register Tax code for new employee, dependent relief declaration & other related process
- Tax receipt issue and related reports to Tax Department
- Prepare payment for Expatriates PIT to Tax Department
- Prepare monthly/ annually income tax report for local and liaise with consultant for expats PIT
Employment contract management
- Manage employment contract status, liaise with department head in prepare new labor contract and renewal process
Separation process
- Follow- up exit form & ensure all exit procedures be completed
- Prepare final package calculation for staff left & follow- up payment
Labor & headcount reports
- Perform periodic/bi- annual Labor report to the Government and internal HC reports
HR General Admin.
- Manage payroll software system and reports
- Be in charge of monthly headcount and relevant reports
- Assist company in events
- Be responsible for HR filling system including creation and updating them
Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management
