Compliance Factory Auditor - Garment

Other audit- related works assigned by reporting officer.
Other assignments as needed.
Work with team members(co- assessors) to accomplish tasks during on site assessment and reporting process.
Interactions primarily with internal team members, such as training, coordinator and administrative. Maintain knowledge of social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.
Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
Follow and ensure timely completion of audit reports/surveillance.
Deliver quality report according to RS&S dep&039;t.
Stay high integrity for schedule leakage, unhealthy consultant on site and bribery attempts. Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.

Maintain knowledge of social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws;
Perform CSR audit schemes.
Undertake general and basic social compliance assessments based on Namyang Vendor social compliance assessment procedures and specific client expectations outlined in Field Instruction.
Interact and provide collaboration within factory compliance and other departments at both to ensure the day- to- day audit execution going in a smooth manner.

Able to adapt communications to the situation.
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Human resources or safety or environment or any related field.
Good command of spoken and written English with computer literacy.
Able to prioritize client requests, plan, and adjust to different client audit requirements.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Good at observing, analyzing, and reporting.
Self- discipline, ability to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously
Experience: 2 years of full- time practical work experience preferably in Better Work Program, 3rd party with Social Compliance, CSR.
