Compliance Factory Auditor - Garment

· Interactions primarily with internal team members, such as training, coordinator and administrative. Maintain knowledge of social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.
· Other audit- related works assigned by reporting officer.
· Perform CSR audit schemes.
· Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
· Deliver quality report according to RS&S dep’t.
· Stay high integrity for schedule leakage, unhealthy consultant on site and bribery attempts. Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
· Work with team members(co- assessors) to accomplish tasks during on site assessment and reporting process.
· Interact and provide collaboration within factory compliance and other departments at both to ensure the day- to- day audit execution going in a smooth manner.
· Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
· Maintain knowledge of social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws;
· Undertake general and basic social compliance assessments based on Namyang Vendor social compliance assessment procedures and specific client expectations outlined in Field Instruction.
· Follow and ensure timely completion of audit reports/surveillance.

· Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Human resources or safety or environment or any related field.
· Good command of spoken and written English with computer literacy
· Good at observing, analyzing, and reporting.
· Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
· Experience: 2 years of full- time practical work experience preferably in Better Work Program, 3rd party with Social Compliance, CSR.
· Self- discipline, ability to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously
· Able to adapt communications to the situation.
· Able to prioritize client requests, plan, and adjust to different client audit requirements.
