Compliance & Improvement Specialist/ QA Staff

Job Objective:
• Ensure the effective operation of the Quality Management System (QMS), complying with current standards and regulations.
• Implement and maintain 5S and Kaizen programs to enhance productivity, quality, and work efficiency.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.
• Conduct audits to identify non- conformities and propose corrective and improvement measures.
Main Responsibilities:
Auditing:
Identify non- conformities, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Assess compliance with production processes and relevant standards in the outdoor furniture industry.
Plan and execute internal audits of the QMS and production processes.
Improvement:
Train and guide employees on quality improvement methodologies.
Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for process, productivity, and quality improvements.
Implement and maintain 5S and Kaizen programs to create a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
Execute quality improvement projects, minimize waste, and optimize costs.
Compliance:
Ensure production processes and activities comply with customer requirements and relevant standards.
Update and disseminate changes in standards and regulations to relevant departments.
Conduct inspections and monitoring to ensure compliance. o Develop and update QMS documentation and records.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare periodic reports on audit, improvement, and compliance activities.
Analyze data and trends to identify potential issues and propose preventive measures.

• Proficiency in office computer skills.
• Good in spoken and written English.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Quality Management, Engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem- solving, and teamwork skills.
• High sense of responsibility, carefulness, and meticulousness.
• At least 1 year of experience in QA/QC, CI, preferably in the outdoor furniture industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen standards, and quality improvement tools.
