Major Responsibilities:
• Ask for support from other departments to get necessary information for Operation task implemental.
• Making decision and solve the problem within authorized.
• Review customer technical document to ensure that there is enough information for getting material cost, specifying machine/equipment, estimating manufacturing / testing processes cycle time to meet customer requirements.
• Interact with interdepartmental managers to work or resolve problem.
• Prepare bill of material for buyer to get material quotation.
• Review customer document to check if products category is in the company’s portfolio. If not, specify what missing technology that need to support the products.
• Develop process flow and estimate cycle time for each operation.
• Propose improvement in procedure and policy to improve working flow and discipline system.

Position Requirement:
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports & procedures.
• Good in English to read and understand mechanical drawing and electronics component datasheet and communicate with foreign customer.
• Bachelors of in Automation, mechatronics, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering from University or related degree
• Demonstrated experience using CAD software’s (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ...).
• Demonstrated experience using MS Word, MS Excel and VBA (Visual basic for application) or equivalent.
