The primary responsibility of the Concierge Agent for The Grand Ho Tram Strip property is to respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and desires and then add personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of The Grand Ho Tram Strip property.

Position Summary
Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
Positively collaborates and communicates proactively with other departments regarding VIPs, special requests, group needs, check outs and other guest needs that might arise.
Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
Must present a well- groomed appearance.
Fluent in English is encouraged.
One year working experience is preferred.
Require 1m60 above for Female and 1m70 above for Male
Responsibilities
Basic Education completed is preferred.
Acts as an ambassador for the hotel with professional and discreet demeanor and creativity, which predicts guest’s expectations and ensures their return business.
Make reservations for guests and create and communicate their itineraries.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
Be informed on hotel events, promotions, facilities, and services and promote these to the guests acting as an ambassador to The Grand Ho Tram Strip.
