Scope of work:

Responsible for consulting, solving complaints from customers.
Creating and implementing customer service processes
Responsible for managing and operating concierge service

Responsibilities

Keep accurate records and documents of customer service actions and discussions
Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Keep up- to- date on new or enhanced products/services to maintain a high- quality service with accurate information provided to customer
Mentor and develop customer service executives and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Responsible for productivity and quality of customer service as well as staff performance
Develop customer service procedures, standards, and feedback or complaint procedures for customers to use
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports

Minimum 4- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
Minimum 3- 4 years’ experience in customer service
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Fluent in English Proven track record to drive the sales operation process from plan to close.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem- solving skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Have experience and knowledge of premium services (moist high- class cuisine / airport services / travel entertainment hotel/spa/golf)
Knowledge in airlines, hospitality and finance
