- He/she must also be aware of any promotional offers and proactively make use of them to increase hotel reservations, thus contributing to revenue increase
- A concierge clerk is responsible for answering immediately any questions hotel guests may have regarding the basic use of the hotel and for providing requested services
- The Concierge clerk reports directly to the Concierge Captain & has a direct supervision over Airport Rep. & Drivers
- He/she must inform the guests about transportation, shopping, restaurants and theater performances, among other things
- If a request is made over the phone, the concierge must listen carefully to the end and immediately respond to it

* QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Experience in guest services preferred.
- Education: Bachelor degree or higher in related field preferred.
- Credentials: Certificates in hotel and front office services preferred.
* SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must show basic computer proficiency such as Microsoft Office.
- Must speak foreign languages fluently in dealing with customers.
- Must be service- minded to meet client needs.
