PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Do costing of the products and maintain their records.
Arrange test specifications of the product as per customer requirement.
Implementation of QUALITY System
To discharge above indicated duties and responsibilities as delegated by Dept Head.
Maintain imported reference samples and keep record of the same.
Maintain library consisting of IS standard, books, specification and other standards and issue them as per System and ensure proper storage.
Any other task assigned from time to time.
Release ECN’s for relevant changes in product design during development.
To ensure that in all future new development, restricted elements are not considered.
Prepare PDQAS and PDQAR for the related product.
Arrange over drawings for various products for approval from customer.
Get prototypes made from tool room and production engineering.
Maintain drawings, reference samples of exiting products and ensure proper storage.
Ensure proper control of all document’s released by Design Dept.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Overall responsibility of following section of quality:
Approval for Calibration Work Instruction.
Calibration activities
Updating of Quality Manual (QMSM) & Procedure Manual (QMSP) as per the requirement.
Improving QA System of the company
Coordination with auditors for internal quality audit as per plan (Quality System: ISO/TS 16949:2002).
Participation in analysis & action for major breakdown in Q.A. Lab Equipment.
Routine supervision and guidance for QA Lab, Quality System, Calibration and PDQA.
Formats verification for change / up gradation and its control.
Any other task assigned from time to time.
Coordination and handling of special customer requirements and concept clarification, as and when required.
Working as guide, facilitator and coordinator for the quality system by customer / potential customer representative (II party audit).
Quality System
Follow up for Management Reviews and Business Plan Reviews.

Control of approved vendor list on the basis of authorized approvals from the concerned departments.
Coordination for data / presentation for IMT’s before sending it for repair.
Coordination of IMT’s repair in case of breakdown in SIR.
Interpretation of quality system company wide, as when required.
Finalizing the new QA Lab facilities requirements (I/H as well as outside).
Conducting training on QUALITY SYSTEM awareness.
QA Lab Testing frequency finalization on the basis of the past performance on quarterly basis.
Communication to customer regarding certification status of quality system.
