PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Get prototypes made from tool room and production engineering.
Maintain product files as per system.
Other specific responsibilities and functions as defined in procedure manual.
Release ECN’s for relevant changes in product design during development.
To discharge above indicated duties and responsibilities as delegated by Dept Head.
Maintain imported reference samples and keep record of the same.
Ensure proper control of all document’s released by Design Dept.
Issue product no. for new products as per system and maintain their records.
Release ECN’s related to exiting products against approved ECRN’s.
Update existing product designs, for continues improvement.
Prepare PDQAS and PDQAR for the related product.
Arrange test specifications of the product as per customer requirement.
Do costing of the products and maintain their records.
Maintain library consisting of IS standard, books, specification and other standards and issue them as per System and ensure proper storage.
Get Samples assembled and get them tested from lab as per specification.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Overall responsibility of following section of quality:
Follow up for Management Reviews and Business Plan Reviews.
Coordination with auditors for internal quality audit as per plan (Quality System: ISO/TS 16949:2002).
Participation in analysis & action for major breakdown in Q.A. Lab Equipment.
Coordination with certification agencies for pre audit, certification and surveillance audit as well as NCR closures, also guiding the external auditors during the audit.
Conduct regular appraisals of sub- coordinators.
QA Lab Testing frequency finalization on the basis of the past performance on quarterly basis.
Any other task assigned from time to time.
Finalizing the new QA Lab facilities requirements (I/H as well as outside).
Guiding member calibration on calibration method and facilities development.
Interpretation of quality system company wide, as when required.
Coordination and handling of special customer requirements and concept clarification, as and when required.
