Other tasks as assigned by managers
Recognition of contributions and feedback on training quality and effectiveness in order to improve training content in accordance with the actual situation
Coordinating with functional departments to implement training programs on professional skills for employees
Support recruitment activities
Research, build, update and improve the content of training materials
Participate in direct training according to the plan and according to the actual needs arising
Updating, storing and preserving training materials

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
Organized mind, orderly, detail & result focus, flexibility
At least 3 year- experience in training field.
Passion and interest in Human Resource field
University major in Foreign Language, Human Resource…
Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
