Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e- commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be the world leader in e- commerce enablers in term of trading, product creating and e- commerce servicing. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e- commerce industry
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only US e- commerce market but also to enter new e- commerce markets of more than 15 countries in Europe, Asia and North America, not only Amazon channel but also Walmart, Wayfair among others. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E- commerce, Yes4All started to provide end- to- end ecommerce- enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Market Research
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities on ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart)
- Perform market research to identify opportunities for new market/category and threats affecting the organization.
Consumer Research
- Build and develop a consumer panel, conduct surveys with a panel
- Stay informed about consumers trends and get understanding to their online shopping behaviors to drive the new product development direction.
Research Planning and Design
- Develop comprehensive research plans, including the design of methodologies tailored to project goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives, then formulate questionnaires and contact agencies.
Project Management
- Effectively manage multiple projects at once and anticipate potential problems and how to prevent them.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to integrate research insights into broader organizational strategies
- Follow the project progress to manage the quality and deadlines.
Moderation & Reporting
- Lead and direct debriefing/synthesis of group findings, write fluent and original discussion guides for most projects and effectively use projective techniques
- Communicate complex research results in a manner accessible to diverse audience
- Summarizes and analyzes data; makes recommendations related to research findings, delivers consumer insights and actionable recommendations in clear and concise research reports
- Moderate standard IDI/ extended groups, provide an immediate debrief of findings if required
Data Analysis
- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and interpret research findings.
- Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of research data through stringent quality control measures.
- Identify and address any issues that may impact the integrity of the research.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing,).
Excellent command of English & Vietnamese. Strategic- oriented.
Skills:
Understanding Consumer and Brand research
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, capable of translating complex findings for a non- technical audience.
Quantitative and qualitative analysis
Keenness to learn and be proactive about self- development and the development of others.
Research methodologies/ Consumer insight into common platforms and best practices.
Experience:
Experience in an e- commerce platform is highly desirable.
Proven experience in research, with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
At least 1.5- 2 years of work experience in Market research or relevant field
