JOB DESCRIPTION
Market Research
- Perform market research to identify opportunities for new market/category and threats affecting the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities on ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart)
Consumer Research
- Stay informed about consumers trends and get understanding to their online shopping behaviors to drive the new product development direction.
- Build and develop a consumer panel, conduct surveys with a panel.
Research Planning and Design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives, then formulate questionnaires and contact agencies.
- Develop comprehensive research plans, including the design of methodologies tailored to project goals.
Project Management
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to integrate research insights into broader organizational strategies
- Effectively manage multiple projects at once and anticipate potential problems and how to prevent them.
- Follow the project progress to manage the quality and deadlines.
Moderation & Reporting
- Moderate standard IDI/ extended groups, provide an immediate debrief of findings if required
- Communicate complex research results in a manner accessible to diverse audience
- Lead and direct debriefing/synthesis of group findings, write fluent and original discussion guides for most projects and effectively use projective techniques.
- Summarizes and analyzes data; makes recommendations related to research findings, delivers consumer insights and actionable recommendations in clear and concise research reports
Data Analysis
- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and interpret research findings.
- Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data
Quality Assurance- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of research data through stringent quality control measures.- Identify and address any issues that may impact the integrity of the research.
