Content Creator

Work with agencies, KOLs & influencers
Create content for press and website including landing page, blog, etc..
Research the market & trends, understand algorithms of social media platforms, identify customers’ needs and interests to recommend topics accordingly
Write script, act as host/ co- host
Build content plan/calendar with creative ideas, execute different content types: branded- content, trigger user- generated content, ...
Monitor, evaluate, report the effectiveness of content and propose adjustment plans to achieve better results
Other tasks as assigned, meet deadlines and ensure work quality
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
Plan, produce, edit and publish content including videos, text captions, reviews and other digital media formats—suitable for the various social media platforms TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
Develop knowledge of our products, exhibit an innovative mindset to evolve and create compelling content for both B2B and B2C clients

Have certain achievements in developing content on Tiktok and Facebook
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related discipline
Good knowledge and experience in property, technology industry is a plus
Skillful in scripting, producing and editing videos
Great visual aesthetics, creativity, logical thinking, sensitive to trends
Be a trustworthy and accountable team member
At least 2 year experience in similar role
