What You&039;ll Do
•Create and monitor all content on company website, social media pages and public communications
•Monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares) and respond to questions or complaints
•Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO methods to increase site traffic
•Initiate idea and design marketing material (brochure, poster, standee, email templates, sale kits, etc.)
•Attend the company events, interacting with events attendees for the purpose of improving conversion
•Analyze and improve traffic metrics (e.g. conversion and bounce rates) to generate new leads
•Conceptualize, produce, and assist with the creation of promotional videos, KOLs/KOCs reviews
•Make infographics presentations (handbooks, guideline, portfolio, etc.)
•Planning, executing, and optimizing content for email marketing campaigns
•Other specialized tasks as required by the job
•Assist in production, preparation of the offline events and monthly following up
•Location: eSpace Co- working, 1 Dinh Le Street, Trang Tien Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
•Working time: Mon – Friday

What You’ll Need
•Proven 1- 2 years of experience in creating engaging content
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field.
(Please provide portfolio of published articles/ short contents on social media)
•Fluency in both verbal and written English is preferred
•Detail oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills
•The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
•Experience in Education or Real Estate industry is a plus
•Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies
•Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing
•Intensive knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
•Candidate with study abroad experience is preferred
•Preferential treatment for candidate with ability to work with graphic design software and multimedia tools
