Job Description:

Monitor industry and competitor trends to keep messaging innovative and effective.
Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of fresh, engaging content.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to build content strategies that align with the Company’s vision and attract customers.
Work closely with the marketing team to create cohesive, visually appealing content that aligns with brand identity.
Apply SEO best practices to optimize content, enhance visibility, and drive organic traffic.
Develop and produce engaging, high- quality content across platforms like blogs and social media, focusing on creating viral videos for Reels, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Stay updated on trends, track emerging patterns, and understand how TikTok and Instagram operate, including how their algorithms evolve over time.

Requirements:

At least 01 year of Content Creation experience, preferably in Healthcare, Clinics, or Fitness.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media platforms.
Proven ability to create creative, eye- catching content that captures attention and drives engagement.
Collaborative, open- minded, and able to work well with other teams to create quality content.
Good aesthetic sense with basic skills in filming and editing using tools like Capcut, Canva, and other platforms.
Attention to detail and a passion for high- quality work.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain concepts and create compelling stories.
