This position is responsible for creating captivating visual content that showcases the unique features of our resort, including its architecture, landscapes, amenities, and guest experiences. Work closely with the team to develop content that align with our brand image and marketing objectives.
Ensure the properties content (photography & descriptions) on all online channels remain accurate and brand compliant.
Engage with the hotel&039;s online community, respond to reviews, comments and messages to ensure that official feedback from the hotels is in place whenever necessary, consequently foster positive relationships with followers to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the hotel&039;s brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audience.
Execute the brand tone of voice guidelines, visual identity guidelines and brand messaging documents.
Collaborate with various departments, including sales and operation, to source content ideas, gather information, and ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
Capture and edit visually stunning photos and videos of the hotel&039;s amenities, services, events, and guest experiences to showcase its unique offerings and atmosphere.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions, using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Write compelling and informative copy that accompanies visual content, conveying the hotel&039;s story, values, and key messaging while maintaining brand voice and tone.
Actively develop and maintain a database of corporate & hotel’s email newsletter subscribers. Schedule regular sending to all guests and individuals who have subscribed.
Create high- quality, multimedia content for the hotel&039;s website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms, including but not limited to photos, videos and infographics.
