Work closely with the Designer to create content for the school&039;s publications/brochures.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop communication ideas and implement content plans for advertising campaigns
Website: Write articles for website sections such as: News, Events, and Parenting. Support updating and editing content for pages: Tesla Talk and other sections.
Write the content in order to collaborate with Digital Marketing with purpose of increasing SEO ‘key numbers for the website
Responsible for developing content plans; creating ideas and writing content to be posted on the school&039;s social networking sites: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Zalo AO, TikTok,... Write advertising content on Facebook, Google,...
Write weekly Marketing emails; customer emails, internal emails
Events Planner:
Coordinate with relevant departments to complete the event program
Develop ideas, and concepts for the events
Set up, prepare, and run the events.
Prepare cost estimate files according to assigned budget; work with Accounting to ensure balance and compliance with the budget. In addition, report actual expenses used monthly to management.
Support for acceptance after the events if requested by line manager.
Support to work with outside partners (supplier, freelancer,) to keep a smooth working process if requested by line manager
Complete agenda, and checklist for the events
College or University with related majors
Good writing ability, passionate about advertising and branding
Able touse English inworking
