Content Creator Executive

Coordinate with Performance Marketing team and Product Management team to plan marketing campaigns, creatives in order to maximize conversion rate
Implement, evaluate and improve all creatives to ensure the maximum effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Direct, shoot and edit Creative Ads for weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing plans
Join the R&D procedure, propose content ideas, develop content and implement creative ads (short videos/photos/banners) on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok…for global markets such as US, Europe...

Detailed- oriented and organized
Educated from Marketing, Multimedia, Business courses and universities..., ambition with creativity & art
Knowledge or experience with Ads Creatives, Social Media, Social Manager, Creative Marketing...
Good at English and communication, understanding US/European culture is a plus
Enjoys learning new things; ambitious to grow in the industry
Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook or Google AdWords )
Skills to create, edit short video/photo with tools/apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe after effect...)
Ability to create content, especially content performance, familiar with search and performance measurement
