Content Creator

We are looking for a Video Production Specialist responsible for writing scripts, developing storyboards, creating shot lists, and preparing captions for our video vendors. Basic technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of machinery and related processes, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Script Creation:

Structure scripts with clear opening, main content (describing products, services, capabilities, or specific features/phases for spotlight videos), and closing sections (including call- to- action and contact information).
Research company information to develop engaging scripts for various video formats (Company Overview, Capability Spotlight, Product Spotlight, Project Spotlight, Hybrid videos).

Storyboard Creation:

Review provided scripts, website links, and image files.
Create comprehensive storyboards using PowerPoint or Google Slides, ensuring each scene is represented by at least one slide.
Incorporate high- quality images or video clips, positioned comfortably with text and graphical elements.

Caption Creation:

Work closely with the Shoot List to ensure captions effectively support the video shooting process.
Write concise and engaging captions that capture the scope of what the company does or specific information about the capability, product, or project highlighted in the video.
Research and synthesize information from the company&039;s website and provide supplementary materials (brochures, flyers, etc.).
Thoroughly check captions for grammar, spelling, and accuracy of information.

Shootlist Creation:

Provide clear instructions and creative direction on how shots should be executed.
Specify the required shots, angles, and framing for each scene.
Collaborate with scriptwriters and production teams to align visual requirements with the overall project objectives.
Develop detailed shoot lists that serve as a guide for videographers.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Excellent writing skills in English with a strong grasp of grammar and syntax.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with different video formats (Company Overview, Capability Spotlight, Product Spotlight, Project Spotlight, Hybrid videos).
Experience in video production, content writing, copywriting, or advertising.
