OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a Content Manager with a solid background in content creation, passion for developing content solutions to deeply impact Client’s Brand- Campaign Performance in general. You will be an important piece of the puzzle to our Creative team, together with driving outstanding business results for PMAX.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Mentor and onboard other writers as needed
Prioritize workload and manage time effectively – personally and for the team as needed
Leading the work of a team to achieve all project goals
Understanding insight on creative briefs and schedules/communication plan, being able to design content plan, roadmap, angle ideas …
Collaborating with cross functional teams including Creative, Strategy, Account & Media to consult and advise clients to help frame up their problem
Work independently and collaboratively with art directors, visual designers, writers, producers, videographers, technologists and studio/production (print, video, online)…to develop ideas, refine concepts and ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met
Outstanding creative quality
Ideate and execute creative ideas for client marketing campaign in an efficient manner
Help organize, maintain, and oversee creative standards and guidelines
In charge of quality control for creative content of both pitching & monetization projects
Leading agency presentations when required and possible, both in new business pitches and current client creative run- throughs.
Leading content planners & copywriter from planning to execution to ensure effectiveness & efficiency with clients, and keep a good tracking process on productivity of the Content team.
Accountable for checking all content being advertised.
Inspiring, managing and operating copywriting teams and its support services to develop an effective and profitable creative product that delivers on relevant client and market needs.
